Now it is probably so far: the Berlin rental apartment is to come into force on March 01.03.2020st, 17.02.2020. It has recently undergone major changes compared to the status of the second draft from November, especially regarding its implementation. I will hold a lecture seminar on February XNUMX, XNUMX in the Konrad-Adenauer-Haus, to which I hereby invite you.
For you as the administrator and / or owner, dealing with the situation is not easy. There has been a lot of discussion about the lack of legislative competence in the State of Berlin and other constitutional objections. Nevertheless: for the time until the presumed cancellation of some or all of its components by the courts, the law will occupy us in practice. It is important to avoid liability risks, to communicate correctly with tenants and owners and to prevent damage to the clientele, possibly long-term. There are also a whole series of strategic fundamental questions.
With the seminar I would like to help a young musician to collect money for an exercise instrument. Unfortunately, this is not cheap for a pianist. Instead of admission, I therefore ask for a donation from 100 euros per participant to the action https://www.gofundme.com/f/flugel-fur-sophie If you want to take part in the campaign independently of the seminar, you can of course do so. The payment is not tax deductible and does not include VAT. Since it is not an entry and I do not receive any money from you, there will be no receipt this time.
