Tobias Scheidacker
Lawyer since 2002, specialist lawyer for tenancy and property law since 2005, Uses since 2022

Our office is located in the heart of Berlin-Charlottenburg, between Ku'Damm and Kantstraße, in a beautiful 19th century building. My partner dr. Thomas Hansen specializes in residential property law, our partner Dr. Susanne Rosenstock on criminal law and our colleague Amélie-Charlotte von Oppen handles all tenancy law matters relating to residential and commercial tenancy law. I myself work mainly as a notary and in individual, selected legal matters in the field of real estate law.
I run the blog here on current topics related to real estate and notary public. Furthermore, I am chairman of the house and landowners association Kreuzberg eV (www.hgv-kreuzberg.de) – if you are a real estate owner in Berlin, you are welcome to take a look on the internet or at our office in Potsdamer Strasse.
My books are available from, among others Thalia and Amazon.
