Only very expensive to optimize are the flooring, the base or the installation of a fully fitted kitchen. Of course, all three criteria are those on the side of the home-value-increasing features. Before that is considered, one should consider existing criteria on the negative side remedy.

The positive side is more expensive again. The first three criteria (high-quality flooring, floor space over 14 sqm, fully fitted kitchen) are, if not already available, only with great effort to achieve. The three following criteria, however, are comparatively favorable:

An advantage of the above three criteria is that it is clearly evident whether they are present or not.
